OrgHQ is your organisation's central management hub on GiveNow. It is where you manage your causes, events, memberships, other ways to give (OWTG) listings, CrowdRaisers, donation data, embedded forms, and organisation details.
How do I access OrgHQ?
- Go to the GiveNow login page, or select Login in the top right of the GiveNow home page.
- Enter your email address and password.
- You will be directed to OrgHQ.
The overview page
The overview page is the first screen you see when you log in to OrgHQ. It provides a dashboard of key metrics and links to important sections of your account, including:
- Organisation and compliance wizard: Monitor the status of your setup (for example, incomplete, awaiting approval, or approved).
- Listings at a glance: Check the status of your causes, memberships, events, and other ways to give listings, including active, pending approval, or draft states.
- Live pages: Quickly view all of your organisation's live pages on GiveNow.
What can I do in OrgHQ?
Use the left-hand menu to navigate to the following sections:
- Causes & donations: Create and manage your causes, view donation data, and manage regular donations on behalf of your donors.
- CrowdRaiser: View and manage supporters who are fundraising for your organisation. See What is a CrowdRaiser and how does it work for organisations?
- Events: Create and manage event listings, ticket types, and attendee registrations.
- Memberships: Create and manage membership programs, view members, and track renewals.
- Grants search: Search for government and community grants relevant to your organisation, powered by the Funding Centre's grants database. Available on the Pro plan. See How do I use the grant search?
- Other ways to give: Manage non-financial giving listings such as volunteering, goods, or services.
- Finance: View remittance reports and manage your bank accounts.
- Details: Update your organisation's profile and private details, manage users and permissions, and configure integrations.
