The donations overview page is your central hub for managing all donation activity associated with your organisation. This page, located under the Causes & donations section in the left-hand sidebar of OrgHQ, provides an in-depth look at donation performance, trends, and related activity for your active causes and campaigns.
The page provides summaries of total donations and top-performing causes, detailed transaction lists, donation trends with graphs and charts, and powerful filtering options.
The specific data and graphs provided on the printable overview page are:
- Total amount raised on GiveNow
- Total number of donations on GiveNow
- Number of donors, with name and total donation for each donor
- Average donation value over time
- Where donations are coming from: GiveNow platform, embed form or CrowdRaiser activity
- Amount raised over time, by date (customisable date range available)
- Number of donations raised over time, by date (customisable date range available)
- Number of one-off versus regular donations, by month
- Number of donations per dollar amount (intervals of $5-50, $51 - $100, $101 - $500, $500 - $1,000, $1,000+)
- One-off donations by day of the week, by day of Mon - Sun
- One-off donations by hour of the day, by 24 hr intervals
- Average value and number of donations by gender (if title included)
You can also export donation data as a CSV file for your own external analysis and reporting.
Note: Prior to January 2025, this donation information was displayed on the default OrgHQ landing page when users logged in.
