The donations overview page is your central hub for reviewing donation activity across your organisation. It is located under Causes & donations in the left-hand menu of OrgHQ and provides an in-depth look at donation performance, trends, and related activity for your active causes and campaigns.
The page provides summaries of total donations and top-performing causes, detailed transaction lists, donation trends with graphs and charts, and filtering options.
What data is available?
The donations overview page includes the following metrics and charts:
- Total amount raised on GiveNow.
- Total number of donations on GiveNow.
- Number of donors, with name and total donation for each donor.
- Average donation value over time.
- Where donations are coming from: GiveNow platform, embedded form, or CrowdRaiser activity.
- Amount raised over time, by date (with a customisable date range).
- Number of donations over time, by date (with a customisable date range).
- Number of one-off versus regular donations, by month.
- Number of donations per dollar amount ($5–50, $51–100, $101–500, $500–1,000, $1,000+).
- One-off donations by day of the week.
- One-off donations by hour of the day.
- Average value and number of donations by gender (if title is included in the donation form).
You can also export donation data as a CSV file for your own external analysis and reporting.
