GiveNow offers three plans to suit the different fundraising needs of organisations:
- Starter plan: A basic offering for community organisations with uncomplicated needs.
- Basic plan: A mid-tier option with additional features such as customised donation amounts and peer-to-peer fundraising.
- Pro plan: For organisations that want the most flexibility, including embedding forms on their own website, integrations, advanced permissions, and access to priority support from the GiveNow team.

Change your plan
Upgrading or downgrading plans can be done easily via OrgHQ by an administrator-level user (managers and analysts do not have access to this area).
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Change Plan, under Details in the left-hand menu.

Select Downgrade or Upgrade for the plan you prefer.
The upgrade or downgrade will take immediate effect and will change the fees for all transactions processed immediately after the plan change is confirmed.
Note:
- When downgrading, you will be alerted to any potential hurdles or changes that need to take place. For example, you might need to close some causes or remove an OrgHQ user if you exceed the limit for the new plan type. You’ll be shown a confirmation message before the downgrade takes effect, and no supporter data will be lost.
- Pro plan users can book a dedicated online session with the GiveNow team. These sessions are designed to provide tailored support for your organisation’s fundraising needs.
