GiveNow offers three plans to organisations:
- Starter, a basic offering with no platform fees for not-for-profit organisations with uncomplicated needs;
- Basic, a mid-tier offering for those who need a few more bells and whistles (customised default donation amounts; ability to prompt donors to cover fees); and
- Pro, for organisations that want all the bells and whistles (ability to embed forms on their own website; integrations; permissions).
Pricing
From December 1, 2019 new fees will be applied on GiveNow. We will always remain true to our mission to “democratise giving” by providing a commission-free service for Starter Plan organisations on our platform.
Platform-Fee Cover enables people to cover the platform fee at the time of payment. Our research shows that when offered, the majority of people choose to cover the fee.

Credit Card Merchant Fee (Per transaction) |
The credit card merchant fees reflect exactly the wholesale fee we receive from our payments partner. From 20 May, 2021 the merchant fees will be: Donation made to DGR Organisation: - Visa/Mastercard Australian Card = 0.26% - Visa/Mastercard International Card = 3.50% - Amex Australian Card = 1.43% - Amex International Card = 1.9% - Direct Debit = 0.00% (Avail. for regular donations only) All other transactions and donations to non-DGR Organisation: - Visa/Mastercard = 0.99% - Visa/Mastercard International Card = 3.50% - Amex Australian Card = 1.43% - Amex International Card = 1.9% - Direct Debit = 0.00% (Avail. for regular donations only) |

All fees (both the Platform Fee and the Credit Card Merchant Fee) are inclusive of GST. The total GST incurred is provided in the monthly remittance statements sent to organisations. |

Changing Plans
Upgrading or Downgrading plans is easy and can be done directly through OrgHQ, by Administrator-level users (Managers and Analysts do not have access to this area).
- Log in to your OrgHQ account
- In the left-hand side menu, select 'Details' and then 'Change Plan'
- Select which plan you would like to upgrade/downgrade to
- If you would like to downgrade, you will be guided on whether you need to close or stop anything first (for example, you might need to close some causes before downgrading)
