On the Pro plan, there are three levels of user permissions in OrgHQ, which are detailed below.
Administrators
Administrators can manage all aspects of the organisation profile.
They can allocate and remove permissions across your organisation in OrgHQ, edit your organisation's private, public and financial (bank account) details, create and edit causes or other ways to give listings, and view and download all of your organisation's donation data.
Administrators are the only users that can change an organisation's plan (see what a plan is here).
Manager
Managers can edit causes or ‘other ways to give’ listings as well as view and download all of your organisation's donation data.
Analyst
Analysts can view and download all of your organisation's donation data.
