Your private details page in OrgHQ is where you manage your organisation's internal and legal information. This information is not displayed publicly on GiveNow. Only administrators can update these details — managers and analysts can view them but cannot make changes. The private details page includes the following sections:
- Legal information: Your organisation's legal name, ABN, incorporation status, and DGR status.
- Classification: Your organisation's category and subcategory on GiveNow.
- Organisation contact: The primary contact person for your organisation's GiveNow account (used for GiveNow communications, not displayed publicly).
- Billing address: The address used for billing and correspondence from GiveNow.
- Committee members: Key people in your organisation such as board or committee members.
Note: Some legal details (such as your ABN or legal name) may require verification if changed. If you need to update these and are unable to do so in OrgHQ, contact GiveNow at service@givenow.com.au.
Update your private details
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Private Details, under Details in the left-hand menu.
- Select the Edit button on the right-hand side in each of the sections you wish to update.
- Make your changes in the pop-up window and select Update.
