Your profile page in OrgHQ is where you manage the public-facing information that appears on your organisation's page on GiveNow. Only administrators can update these details. To update your organisation's internal or legal information instead, see How do I update my organisation's private details?
The profile page includes the following sections:
- Custom profile URL: Set a custom URL for your organisation's page on GiveNow.
- Images: Upload or update your organisation's banner image and logo. The banner is also used as the default cover image for new causes. For dimensions and file types, see What are the image specifications for GiveNow?
- Mission: A description of your organisation's purpose and work.
- Contact details: The public-facing email address and phone number for your organisation.
- Public address: Your organisation's address as displayed on GiveNow.
- Acknowledgement of Country: An optional acknowledgement that displays on your organisation's page.
- Social media: Links to your organisation's social media pages.
Update your profile page
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Profile page, under Details in the left-hand menu.

Select the Edit button on the right-hand side in each of the sections you wish to update.

Make your changes in the pop-up window and select Update.
