Before you start using Memberships in GiveNow, you need to nominate an organisational bank account for your memberships via the OrgHQ portal. This process will allow you to nominate only bank account for all Memberships remittances.
Nominate a bank account
- Login to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage Memberships, located under Memberships in the OrgHQ menu.
- Select Get Started, to begin the configuration of your memberships. This option will be available for 'Administrators' only, not other types of OrgHQ users.
- From the drop down list, select the bank account you want to use.
