At this stage, supporters cannot add a donation directly when purchasing a membership.
Instead, you can encourage members to make a donation using the member thank you page. This is the confirmation screen shown immediately after a supporter completes their membership purchase. You can customise the thank you text to include links and calls-to-action.
For example, you might add: “Want to add a donation to your membership? Support our cause here.”
How to add a donation link to the member thank you page
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage Memberships, under Memberships in the left-hand menu.

Select Edit next to the membership you want to update.
- Open the Purchase Form tab and scroll to Thank you message in the General section.

Enter your custom thank you text and add a hyperlink to your donation page.
- Select Save to save your progress and continue editing or Save & Close when your revisions are complete.
