You can log in to OrgHQ to edit the text content of the email that is sent to members with their receipt immediately after a membership has been purchased. The official receipt which is sent as a PDF attachment cannot be edited.
For memberships with a renewal frequency, we suggest that you include a notice to members that their membership will automatically renew on their anniversary.
Edit email content
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage Memberships, under Memberships in the OrgHQ menu and select Edit next to the Membership.
- In the Settings tab, find the Reporting & receipts section.
- Edit the text of the Receipt note.
- Select Save to apply your changes and keep editing, or Save and Close to exit.
