GiveNow account administrators and managers can edit Approved and Hidden (Active) memberships in OrgHQ. However, Pending memberships cannot be edited until they are reviewed and approved by GiveNow staff.
Edit a membership

Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage Memberships, under Memberships in the left-hand navigation panel.
- Select Edit next to the membership to you want to update.
- Work your way through the General, Types, Purchase Form, and Settings tabs as needed.
- General: Define basic details of the membership, including the name, summary, description, and image, and set GST preferences.
- Types: Configure the membership types, including pricing, renewal frequency, and renewal options (e.g., non-renewable, auto-renew, or manual renewal).
- Purchase Form: Customise the form that members fill out when purchasing, including contact details, custom questions, and styling (for Pro plan organisations).

Settings: Set up additional preferences, including lapse periods, receipt notes, reporting options, terms and conditions, and embed options (for Pro plan organisations).
- Select Save to save your progress and continue editing or Save & Close when your revisions are complete.
