You can customise the text content of the email that is sent to members with their receipt immediately after a membership has been purchased.
The official receipt (sent as a PDF attachment), email subject, and design formatting cannot currently be edited.
Note: For memberships with a renewal frequency, we suggest including a notice to members that their membership will automatically renew on their anniversary (or on the fixed renewal date, if applicable).
Edit the membership receipt email
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage memberships, located under Memberships in the left-hand menu.
- Select Edit next to the membership you want to update, then go to the Settings tab.
- Locate the Reporting & receipts section and edit the Receipt note text.
- Select Save to apply your changes and continue editing, or Save & Close when you are finished.
