Only OrgHQ administrators can create or causes. Your organisation and your cause must be approved by GiveNow before the cause can go live and receive donations.
Organisation approval typically takes around two business days, and cause approval typically takes one business day.

List a new cause
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Select Add new cause in the Cause and donations tile on the Overview page OR go to Manage causes, under Causes & donations in the left-hand menu.
- Select Add new cause in the top right of the screen.
- Complete your cause details across the Display, Donation form, and Settings tabs. Make sure all required fields (marked with a red asterisk) are filled in, then select Save and continue to move to the next tab.
- After you select Save and continue on the Settings tab, you’ll be taken to the Preview & Submit page. From here, you can select Back & Edit to make changes, or select Submit to send your cause for approval.
- After you submit your cause, the GiveNow team will review it within one to two business days and contact you if any changes are needed.
Once your cause is approved, you’ll receive an email notification and the cause can start receiving donations.
