How do I close or remove a Cause?

You can close or remove a Cause from your OrgHQ account.  Approved Causes can be closed; incomplete Causes can be removed.  You can also hide or show a cause, which can be useful for managing recurring fundraising campaigns.

Once you have closed a Cause, you can't reopen it - you'll need to ask GiveNow staff to reopen it - contact service@givenow.com.au

Close or delete cause

1. Log in to OrgHQ.
2. Go to Manage Causes, under Causes & Donations on the OrgHQ menu.
3. Find the Cause you wish to close or delete and use the dropdown arrow to the right of the Edit button.
4. If the Status of the Cause is "Approved", you can select Close.
5. If the Status of the Cause is "Incomplete", you can select Remove.
