Causes can be edited in OrgHQ by administrators and managers. Approved and Incomplete causes can be edited at any time. If a cause is pending approval, you cannot make changes until it has been reviewed and approved by GiveNow staff.

Note: Changing a cause URL will break existing links (e.g. in past marketing materials or QR codes). To request a URL change, email service@givenow.com.au.
Edit a cause
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage causes, under Cause & donations in the left-hand menu.
- Select Edit next to the cause to you want to update.

Work your way through the following tabs as needed. Select Save to keep your changes and continue editing, or Save & Close when you are finished.
Display tab
Content and images that appear on your cause page on GiveNow, including text, images, and videos. This is also where you configure the amount raised and progress bar, recent donations display, and metrics chart. For cover photo instructions, see How do I update the cover photo for a cause? Donation form tab
Settings for the multi-step payment process, including suggested donation amounts, frequencies, contact fields, custom questions, payment steps, colours, and the thank you message. A live preview is provided so you can review your selections. These settings apply to both the GiveNow cause page and any embedded donation forms.
