Yes. Organisations on the Basic or Pro plan can create free (no-cost) ticket types for events. This allows supporters to register for tickets without making a payment. You can offer free tickets alongside paid tickets in the same event, or make the entire event free. For a full walkthrough of setting up an event, see How do I create a new event?
Create a free ticket type
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage events, located under Events in the left-hand menu.
- Select Add new event at the top right of the screen, or select Edit for an existing event.
- Go to the Tickets tab.
- Select Free as the Pricing method for the ticket type.
- Complete the remaining event details and select Save.
