There are two types of fees associated with a transaction on GiveNow:
- Platform fees: A percentage based on the plan your organisation is registered on. Each plan offers distinct features tailored to your organisation's needs.
- Transaction fees: A percentage based on the payment type used by a donor: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX (available five days after cause approval), Apple Pay, or direct debit.
There are no setup fees or ongoing subscription fees.
Kindly note that the platform fee can be covered by the donor (usually around 80% of them do) when the feature is enabled, and the transaction fee is always covered by the organisation.
