GiveNow makes a standard set of information about your members available for download. You can add to this by including additional fields and custom questions in your membership purchase steps.
The standard information collected from each member is:
- Member name.
- Membership type.
- GiveNow member ID.
- Member status (Active, Expired, or Disputed).
- Date joined.
- Next renewal due.
- Frequency.
- Renewal process (defaults to automatic).
- Member email.
Member information is also available in OrgHQ under Memberships > View members in the left-hand menu. You can also download your member data as a spreadsheet for your own reporting.
