How do I receive the daily membership report?

You can receive a daily report of new membership purchases by enabling notifications for each membership in OrgHQ.

Note: Once enabled, the daily membership report is emailed to all users in your OrgHQ account, regardless of their role.

Enable the daily membership report

1. Log in to OrgHQ.
2. Go to Manage memberships, located under Memberships in the left-hand menu.
3. Select Edit next to the membership you want to get daily notifications for.
4. Go to the Settings tab and locate the Reporting and receipts section.

5. In Reporting, select Enable daily membership report.

   

6. Select Save & Close to apply your changes.

Repeat these steps for each active membership you want to receive daily summaries for.

Note: The daily membership report only includes new membership purchases made through GiveNow. It does not include imported members or notifications when an imported member activates their account.
