You can edit your CrowdRaiser at any time through your MyGiving account. The only thing you cannot change is the cause you chose to support.
Note: If you need to change your CrowdRaiser URL, email service@givenow.com.au. Changing the URL will break any existing links you have shared (for example, in social media posts or printed materials).
Edit your CrowdRaiser
- Log in to MyGiving.
- Go to My CrowdRaisers, located under CrowdRaisers in the left-hand menu.
- Select Edit next to the CrowdRaiser you want to update.

Work your way through the following tabs as needed, then select Update.
General Info tab
The main details of your CrowdRaiser page, including:
- CrowdRaiser Name: The title that appears on your public page.
- CrowdRaiser Text: The description and story on your page. Make it personal — real stories resonate more than generic text.
- Donation Report: Select this to receive a daily summary email of donations made through your CrowdRaiser.
- Closing Date and Time: When your CrowdRaiser will stop accepting donations. See How do I deactivate or reactivate a CrowdRaiser?
- Display Countdown: Show the number of days and hours remaining on your page.
- Target Amount: The fundraising goal displayed on your page.
Images & Video tab
Upload or update the images and video displayed on your CrowdRaiser page, including your cover photo, profile picture, and an additional image (optional). You can also add a video to help tell your story.
