How do I deactivate or reactivate a CrowdRaiser?

You can turn off or re-establish your CrowdRaiser through your MyGiving account.

Deactivate a CrowdRaiser

1. Log in to MyGiving.
2. Go to My CrowdRaisers, located under CrowdRaisers in the MyGiving menu, and select Edit next to any CrowdRaiser you want to deactivate.
   
3. Update the Closing Date and Time, so that it is in the past from today's date.
   
4. Select Update. Our system will deactivate the CrowdRaiser at 11:30pm that evening. You will receive email confirmation when this is done.

Reactivate a CrowdRaiser

1. Log in to MyGiving.
2. Go to My CrowdRaisers, located under CrowdRaisers in the MyGiving menu, and select Edit next to any CrowdRaiser you want to reactivate.
3. Update the Closing Date and Time, so that it is in the future from today's date.
4. Select Update.
5. Return to My CrowdRaisers and select Reactivate next to the CrowdRaiser you want to reactivate.
   

A note for organisations: Organisations can deactivate a CrowdRaiser by following the steps outlined here: How do I stop a specific CrowdRaiser from fundraising for our cause? However, organisations cannot reactivate CrowdRaisers.
