We know that thanking donors is important, so we help you make the process simple and track when it is completed.
People fundraising through a CrowdRaiser will receive an optional daily summary email which includes all donations made to the CrowdRaiser in the previous 24 hours. For a team, this includes which team member each donation was tagged to. This email is your first alert to jump on and say thanks.
You can thank your supporters directly through GiveNow:
- Log in to MyGiving.
- Go to My Supporters, under CrowdRaisers in the left-hand menu.

Select Email Now next to the donor you want to thank.

Enter your thank-you message. If the donor left a message with their donation, it will be displayed under Their message to you. Select Send when you are ready.
Note: The thank-you email is sent from donotreply@givenow.com.au, so the donor cannot reply directly. If you would like the donor to be able to contact you, leave the Include my email address at the bottom of this message checkbox selected.
Note: The Email Now button can only be used once per donor. Once you have thanked a donor, the button will no longer be available for that donation.
Note: For privacy and security reasons, donor contact details (such as email addresses) are not displayed on the My Supporters page. The Email Now button sends your thank-you message through GiveNow without revealing the donor's email address to you.
For a team, the option to thank donors through Email Now is available only for donors who tagged your name or 'General Team.' Once one team member has thanked a 'General Team' donor, the option to email that donor is no longer available to other team members.
