Live onboarding sessions
We host a weekly live onboarding session to help new organisations get started on GiveNow.
These sessions are designed for newly registered organisations who haven’t yet completed the organisation and compliance setup and would like guidance getting started.
These group sessions are a chance to:
- Understand what's required to complete registration.
- See the basics of the platform in action.
- Ask general setup questions in a shared setting.
Details on how to join these sessions are shared during onboarding and via email.
Pro plan extras: priority support
Organisations on the Pro plan receive priority support.
To upgrade to the Pro plan, log in to OrgHQ, go to Details > Change plan in the left-hand menu, and select Pro.
Plans can be changed anytime. For more information, see GiveNow plans.
