Yes. If your organisation operates across multiple locations, programs or states, you can set up an independent profile on GiveNow even when you share the same ABN.
When you begin the registration process, our system checks whether the ABN is already in use. If it is, you will see a screen like the one below:
This screen presents two options. The right choice depends on whether you need your own standalone profile, or whether you want access to an existing one.
Option 1: Join an existing organisation profile: Choose this if your organisation does not require a separate listing, and you simply need access to the current account.
Selecting “Request to Join” sends an email to the existing account managers. They must approve your request before you can log in and use the account. This protects the integrity of the organisation’s data and ensures access is managed by the current administrators.
Option 2: Create a new, independent profile: Choose this if your program, branch or location needs its own GiveNow presence, for example, if you manage different fundraising activities or operate independently.
No donor information, user accounts or data will ever be shared between the two profiles. Each account functions entirely independently, even though the underlying ABN is the same.
