You can make a one-off or regular donation to a cause or a CrowdRaiser page on GiveNow using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX), Apple Pay, or direct debit (for regular donations only).
Find a cause or CrowdRaiser

On GiveNow's home page, select Find a Cause.

Enter a keyword in the search bar and select Search. You will see a mix of cause and CrowdRaiser results that match your search.
- Use the filters to narrow your results by location, category, or to show only causes or only CrowdRaisers. Select a cause or CrowdRaiser card to go to its page.
Note: Filters appear after you perform a search.
If you already have a direct link to a cause or CrowdRaiser page, you can go straight there and skip to the next section.
Make your donation

On the top right of the cause or CrowdRaiser page, select your desired donation frequency and amount. Select Donate.
Note: To enter a custom amount, select the amount field above Donate and type your preferred amount.
- Enter your contact details and choose whether to donate as an individual, a company, or anonymously. If you are donating from outside Australia, you can update your country here.
- Choose whether to notify someone of your donation, send a message to the organisation, or send a gift card. The organisation may also ask additional questions here.
- Enter your payment details. For a regular donation, you can also choose to pay by direct debit. Select Pay [amount] to complete your donation.
- You will see a confirmation page with a thank you message. Check your email for your donation receipt.
Note: A MyGiving account is created for you automatically using the email address you provide during the donation process. You can log in to MyGiving at any time to view your donation history, manage regular donations, or update your payment details.
