CrowdRaiser pages require approval from your organisation before they go live. When a supporter creates a CrowdRaiser for one of your causes, it will remain in a Pending status until an OrgHQ user reviews and approves it. This gives your organisation the opportunity to check the page content before it is publicly visible.
If you prefer CrowdRaiser pages to go live immediately without approval, you can disable this setting in your cause configuration.
Disable approval for CrowdRaiser pages
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage causes, located under Causes & donations in the left-hand menu. Select Edit next to the cause you want to update.
- On the Settings tab, go to the CrowdRaiser section.
- In Approval, deselect Approve new CrowdRaisers.
- Select Save & Close.
When approval is enabled (the default), OrgHQ users receive an email notification each time a supporter submits a CrowdRaiser page for your cause.
Approve or reject a pending CrowdRaiser

- Go to View CrowdRaisers, located under CrowdRaiser in the left-hand menu. CrowdRaisers awaiting review will show a Pending status.
