The CrowdRaiser option is enabled by default for all causes on the Basic and Pro plans. If you do not want supporters to create CrowdRaiser pages for a specific cause, you can disable it in OrgHQ.
Disable the CrowdRaiser option
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage causes, located under Causes & donations in the left-hand menu. Select Edit next to the cause you want to update.
- On the Settings tab, go to the CrowdRaiser section.
- In CrowdRaiser pages, deselect Enable CrowdRaisers.
- Select Save & Close.
To re-enable CrowdRaisers for the cause, repeat the steps above and select the Enable CrowdRaisers checkbox.
