How do I see who has donated via a CrowdRaiser?

In OrgHQ, you can see an overview of all CrowdRaiser donations for your organisation, view individual donation details, and download a spreadsheet of CrowdRaiser donation data.

View CrowdRaiser donations

1. Log in to OrgHQ.
2. Go to View donations, located under CrowdRaiser in the left-hand menu.
3. Select View next to any donation to see more detail, including the option to download the donation receipt.
   

Download CrowdRaiser donation data

1. Log in to OrgHQ.
2. Go to View donations, located under CrowdRaiser in the left-hand menu.

3. To download all CrowdRaiser donation data, select Download donation data at the top right of the screen.

   

4. To download data for a specific CrowdRaiser, enter the CrowdRaiser name in the Select CrowdRaisers box, then select Download donation data.
