By default, CrowdRaisers are able to go live when the supporter completes the page set-up process.
However, organisations do have the option to approve CrowdRaiser pages before they are live if they choose. This is nominated in the "Settings" tab for your cause.
When approval is required, the steps will be:
- A supporter creates a CrowdRaiser page, they will complete the process (create the content and verify their email address)
- Once completed, an email will be sent to OrgHQ users to approve or reject this CrowdRaiser. The CrowdRaiser will not go live until this is done.
- To approve a CrowdRaiser, login to OrgHQ and proceed to CrowdRaisers > View CrowdRaisers
4. Review the content of the CrowdRaiser and then choose to Approve or Reject the listing.
