How do I create customised default text for our CrowdRaisers?

You can create customised default text for your CrowdRaisers to use, resulting in an easier setup experience and a higher quality promotion of your campaign on CrowdRaiser pages. The default text you create will appear in the Create your CrowdRaiser process used by your CrowdRaisers.  Unless the CrowdRaiser edits the default text, it will appear on their CrowdRaiser public page.

Create customised default text

1. Login to OrgHQ.

2. Go to Manage Causes, located under Cause & Donations in the OrgHQ menu, and select Edit for the cause to you want to update.

3. On the Settings tab, go to the CrowdRaiser section.

4. Edit the Default CrowdRaiser text so that it includes appropriate text for CrowdRaiser pages attached to your Cause.

5. Select Save to remain editing the Cause or select Save & Close the leave the editing mode and return to Manage Causes.
