In your MyGiving account, you can view your memberships, update your contact and payment details, download receipts, and cancel a membership.
View your memberships
- Log in to MyGiving.
- Go to My Memberships, located under Memberships in the left-hand menu.
- You will see your current memberships, including the organisation name, membership type, and renewal date.
Update your details or download receipts
- Log in to MyGiving.
- Go to My Memberships, located under Memberships in the left-hand menu.
- Select Manage next to the membership you want to update.
- On the Manage page:
- Under Details, select Update to edit your contact details or answers to questions the organisation has set.
- Under Payment and Renewal, select Update to change your credit card details for future renewals.

Under Receipts, download your membership payment receipts.
Cancel your membership
- Log in to MyGiving.
- Go to My Memberships, located under Memberships in the left-hand menu.
- Select Manage next to the membership you want to cancel.

At the top of the Manage page, select Cancel membership.
- In the confirmation window, select Confirm to cancel your membership.
Your membership receipts will remain available in My Memberships after cancellation.
