If your organisation has recently moved its membership management to GiveNow, you will have received a welcome email asking you to set up your account. Only your essential details (name, email address, membership type, and key dates) were transferred — you will need to log in and complete the rest.
Completing your membership details is an important step. Until you do, your membership will show as "incomplete" to your organisation, and you may not receive renewal reminders or other membership notifications.
Log in to your account
How you log in depends on whether you already have a GiveNow account:
- If you already have a MyGiving account (for example, if you have donated through GiveNow before): Go to the GiveNow login page and log in with your existing email and password.
- If you received a welcome email from GiveNow: Select the Set your password button in the email to create a password and access your account.
- If you did not receive the email or cannot find it: Go to the GiveNow login page and select Forgotten password? to set a password using the email address your organisation has on file for you.
Complete your membership details
- Once logged in, you will see a prompt at the top of your MyGiving page to complete your details. Select Update Details.

In the Details section, select Update and complete the questions set by your organisation. This is required for all members.
- If your membership is set to renew automatically, go to the Payment and Renewal section and select Update to enter your payment details. These are stored securely and used for future renewal payments.
Managing your membership going forward
Your membership is now managed through GiveNow. You can log in to MyGiving at any time to:
- Update your personal details if they change.
- Update your credit card details if they change or expire.
- Change your membership type or cancel your membership.
