As an OrgHQ administrator, you can view regular donation statuses, filter by status, and stop a donor's regular donation at their request. However, only donors can change the amount, frequency, date, or payment details of their own regular donations through their MyGiving account.
What donors can do themselves
If a donor contacts you about their regular donation, you can direct them to the following articles:
- How do I manage my regular donation? — change the amount, frequency, date, or set an end date.
- How do I update my credit card or bank details? — update payment details for regular donations or memberships.
- How do I cancel my regular donation? — stop a regular donation entirely.
Note: A MyGiving account is created automatically for donors when they make a donation. If the donor does not know their login, they can go to the MyGiving login page and select Forgotten password? to set a password and access their account.
