You can cancel a regular donation at any time through your MyGiving account. If you would prefer to change the amount, frequency, or date of your regular donation instead, see How do I manage my regular donation?
Don't know your MyGiving login?
A MyGiving account is created for you automatically when you make a donation through GiveNow. The account uses the email address you entered at the time of your donation. If you have never logged in or are unsure whether you have an account, go to the MyGiving login page and select Forgotten password? to set a password and access your account.
Cancel a regular donation
- Log in to MyGiving.
- Go to Regular Donations, located under Donations in the left-hand menu.
- Select Manage next to the regular donation you want to cancel.
- Select Stop Donation.
- Select Stop in the pop-up window to confirm.
Note: Some regular donations made by direct debit may display as "Tentatively Confirmed" shortly after processing. This is because direct debits can take a couple of days to move through the banking system. Cancelling a regular donation will not stop a "Tentatively Confirmed" donation from fully processing.

If you are unable to cancel your regular donation through MyGiving, there are two other ways to get it stopped:
- Contact the organisation directly. The organisation you donate to can cancel your regular donation on your behalf through their OrgHQ account.
