What can I do if I accidentally deleted an opportunity in Salesforce?

You can report the donation from GiveNow in two ways:

1. You can use 'Resend Donations' on the Salesforce Details page. For that, go to 'Details' > 'Integrations' and click on the 'Resend Donation' button. The platform will synchronise all donations to Salesforce
2. You can use 'Update Salesforce' in the Donation view. For that, go to 'Causes & Donations' > 'View Donations' > Find the donation you want to update and click 'View' > Click 'Update Salesforce'. The platform will then post that specific donation to Salesforce.
