How do I create custom donation gift cards for my organisation?

You can upload your own gift card designs to display alongside (or instead of) GiveNow’s default templates. This allows you to showcase cards that reflect your organisation’s brand and message.

Add a custom gift card

1. Log in to OrgHQ.
2. Go to Manage causes, under Cause & donations in the left-hand menu.
3. Select Edit for the cause to you want to update.

4. Open the Donation form tab and scroll to Cards in the Questions section. Select Add a custom card image.

   

5. Upload your file. Repeat this step if you want to add multiple designs.
6. (Optional) To hide the standard GiveNow templates, tick Only show custom cards.
7. Select Save to keep editing, or Save & close when you’re done.

Note: We recommend using an image that is 1754 x 2485 pixels for the best display.
