How do I create custom donation gift cards for my organisation?

You can upload your own gift card designs to display alongside (or instead of) GiveNow's default templates. This allows you to showcase cards that reflect your organisation's brand and message.

Add a custom gift card

1. Log in to OrgHQ.
2. Go to Manage causes, located under Causes & Donations in the left-hand menu.
3. Select Edit for the cause you want to update, then go to the Donation form tab.
4. Scroll to Cards in the Questions section and select Add a custom card image.
   
5. Upload your file. Repeat this step if you want to add multiple designs.
6. To hide the standard GiveNow templates, select Only show custom cards.
7. Select Save to keep editing, or Save & Close when you are done.
