You can add a widget to your website to display the total amount of donations raised for a cause, using a simple snippet of code. This feature is available on the Pro plan. The widget can be customised by colour, font, and whether it displays in a box format or as simple text.
Locate and copy the embed code
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage causes, under Causes & donations in the left-hand menu.
- Locate the active cause with the total that you want to embed on your website.
- Select Embed from the dropdown menu to the right of the Edit button.
- Select the Cause total tab.
- Customise the layout, colours, and font to match your website.
- Select Copy code and paste the code into the appropriate section of your website's HTML.
Note: Any changes you make to the widget layout in OrgHQ will flow automatically to your website — there is no need to update the code.
