Custom questions are reusable tool that is available to organisations, so you can collect data from your supporters. They are useful for recording the information you would ask in your membership application form.
The default data collected in the GiveNow membership payment process includes:
- Membership type, as created by you. This include membership type title, amount and frequency.
- Contact details include:
- Title (default, opt-out available)
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone (default, opt-out available)
- Address (default, opt-out available)
Custom questions should be used to collect all other data you want to collect from members. When you create custom questions, you are able to determine the format of the response.
All custom questions are able to be re-used for other purchase processes (excluding donations) and are stored in a common area, allowing you to see all answers and details at a glance.
