In OrgHQ, the Custom questions page allows you to build a central library of reusable questions. For general information on how to do this, see How do I create custom questions?
When selling tickets to an event, you may want to ask custom questions that relate to either the purchaser (asked once per transaction) or each individual ticket holder (asked for every ticket in the transaction).
Set who a custom question applies to
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Custom questions, located under Details in the left-hand menu.
- Add your question, either by selecting from the dropdown list of existing questions or by creating a new one.
- In the Required for field, choose who the question applies to:
- Purchase: The question is asked once per transaction, regardless of how many tickets are purchased. For example, "Do you agree to our event terms and conditions?"
- Ticket holder: The question is asked for each individual ticket holder. For example, "Do you have any dietary requirements?"
