In OrgHQ, the Custom questions page allows you to build a central library of reusable questions. You can see general information on how to do this on the helpsheet How do I create custom questions?
When selling tickets to an event, you may want to ask custom questions that relate to either:
- The purchaser: to ask once
- The ticket holders: to ask for each event ticket holder
Nominate who a custom question is required for
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Custom questions, located under Details in the left-hand menu.
- Add you question, either from the drop down list of your existing questions or creation of a new question.
- You can then nominate who the question is Required for:

Of the "Purchase" - asked once in the transaction process, irrespective of the number of tickets purchased in the one transaction.
For example "Do you agree to our event terms and conditions?" question below.

Of the "Ticket holder" - asked for each ticket holder.
For example "Do you have any dietary requirements?" question below.
