What GiveNow offers
1. One-off and regular donations
This is a feature similar to Shout For Good’s Donation Form, with more widgets and user-friendly UX/UI. On GiveNow, organisations can set up one-off and regular (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly) donations on GiveNow, with customisable suggested donation amounts, frequencies, and form fields to collect additional information. You can either redirect donors to a GiveNow landing page or embed the donation form on your own website via a simple copy-and-paste code snippet (screenshots below).

With the GiveNow landing page option, you can also display campaign targets, fundraising progress, recent donations, matched giving, and CrowdRaisers to help engage donors (example below).
2. CrowdRaisers (peer-to-peer fundraising)
Just like Shout For Good, GiveNow's CrowdRaiser feature enables supporters to set up their own pages to fundraise on behalf of your organisation. As an organisation user, you can draft template content for supporters to use, approve CrowdRaiser pages before they go live, track real-time progress, and embed a leaderboard to gamify the fundraiser.
Each page has a unique QR code, and supporters can manage their own activity, including editing page content, updating targets, and sending thank-you messages to their donors, through a personal MyGiving portal.
3. Memberships
Memberships is a feature that wasn’t offered by Shout For Good, but it is popular among GiveNow customers. On GiveNow, you can set up multiple membership categories and types, customise registration forms, automatic or manual renewal options, terms & conditions, grace periods, and lapse periods to help engage and retain members. Just like donation forms, you can either redirect your members to a GiveNow landing page or embed the membership form on your website (see examples below).

4. Event ticketing
Similar to Shout For Good’s ticketing feature, GiveNow's event ticketing tool enables organisations to create events with customisable ticket types and pricing, maximum ticket numbers, attendee registration forms, and manage check-in manually or in real time online.
Just like donation and membership forms, you can embed event registration forms on your website.
5. Other ways to give
GiveNow offers an in-kind giving feature called Other Ways to Give, and this is a feature that was not available on Shout For Good. Organisations can list the physical items or other types of support they need across 23 categories, from furniture and books to volunteers.
Donors can search on the GiveNow interactive map and reach out directly to the community organisation.
6. Grant search
Another popular feature offered by GiveNow that wasn’t available on Shout For Good is the grants search. Organisation users can access a comprehensive grants database curated and verified by the team at Funding Centre, GiveNow’s sister enterprise. This makes it a practical addition for not-for-profits looking to identify funding opportunities besides online fundraising.
Kindly note that SMS, auction, and payment terminal services offered by Shout For Good are not currently available on GiveNow.
Transitioning from Shout For Good to GiveNow
1. Sign up and try GiveNow for FREE
There are no fees to join GiveNow. You can sign up and explore the platform for FREE - No upfront, subscription fees, or penalty fees, and no lock-in contracts.
You can also create a cause /membership/event while you are completing your compliance. Once your organisation is approved, your cause/membership/event can go live.
2. The lowest fees in Australia
GiveNow charges no upfront or subscription fees, only a small platform fee (1.50% on the Starter Plan, 2.70% on Basic, 3.50% on Pro) and transaction fee, both automatically deducted from your monthly remittance. Donors can opt in to cover the platform fee, and most of them do.

3. Dedicated migration support from GiveNow
