There are two types of fees associated with a transaction on GiveNow:
- Platform fees: A percentage based on the plan your organisation is registered on. Each plan offers distinct features tailored to your organisation's needs.
- Transaction fees: A percentage based on the payment type used by a donor: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX (available five days after cause approval), Apple Pay, or direct debit.
There are no setup fees or ongoing subscription fees.
The platform fee can be covered by the donor when the organisation has the cover platform costs feature enabled — around 80% of donors choose to do so. The transaction fee is always covered by the organisation.
