You can add custom questions to your donation form to collect additional information from donors. Questions can be optional or mandatory, and you can choose from three answer types: free text, single choice, or multiple choice. Custom questions appear as a step in the donation process. Add custom questions
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage causes, under Cause & donations in the left-hand menu.
- Select Edit for the cause to you want to update, then go to the Donation form tab.
- In the Questions section, select Enable additional questions.
- Select Add a new question.
- In the Question field, enter your question text.
- In Question type, select whether the answer is Required, and choose the answer format: Text, Single Choice, or Multiple Choice.
- If you selected Single Choice or Multiple Choice, enter your answer options in the Answer Options field, separated by semicolons.
- Select Save or Save & Close to apply your changes.
