How do I download our donation data and donor data?

You can download your donation data and donor data from OrgHQ as a spreadsheet. We will also send you monthly remittance reports of all your donations and donor details.

Download Donation Data 

This list provides a list of all individual donations made, including the contact details and additional information relating to the individual transaction since 1 January, 2016. If one donor has made multiple donations, they will appear multiple times.

1. Log in to OrgHQ.
2. Go to View Donations, under Causes & Donations in the OrgHQ menu.
   
3. To download all donation data, select Download donation data at the top right of the screen.
4. To download selected donation data, first select the chosen Cause from the Select causes box and then select Download donation data.
5. To download quarterly donation reports, add the start and end date in the pop-up window when setting your report parameters.
   

Download Donor Data

This list provides a list of all individual donors active since 1 January 2016, including the total of all confirmed donations made on the GiveNow platform, the date of the last donation and the contact details of donors. If one donor has made multiple donations, they will appear once. 

1. Log in to OrgHQ.
2. Go to View Donors, under Causes & Donations in the OrgHQ menu.

4. To download all donor data, select Download donor data at the top right of the screen.
5. To download selected donor data, you can select a chosen Cause, or frequency, or search for a specific donor using their first name or their last name (not both at once) and then select Download donor data.
