Supporters can cancel their own tickets through their MyGiving account. However, administrators and managers can also cancel tickets on behalf of a supporter through OrgHQ.
You can only cancel tickets before the event starts.
Cancel a ticket
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage events, located under Events in the left-hand menu.

Select Tickets next to the event associated with the ticket.
- Locate the name of the supporter.

Select the dropdown arrow next to the Check-in/Check-out button, then select Cancel.
- A page will load with all tickets purchased in the original transaction. Select the checkbox next to the attendees you wish to cancel, then select Confirm.
Note: Cancelling a ticket in OrgHQ does not automatically refund the supporter. For information on how refunds work, see Event refund policies and what happens when tickets are cancelled.
