Marking attendance for your event is completely optional. You can check attendees in and out using OrgHQ, or download a print-friendly version to mark attendance offline and update the system later.
Check in event attendees
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage events, located under Events in the left-hand menu.
- Select Tickets next to the event you want to mark attendees for.
- Next to the name of each attendee, select Check-In.
- If you make a mistake, select Check-Out next to that person.
Download a print-friendly attendance list
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage events, located under Events in the left-hand menu.
- Select Tickets next to the event.
- Select Download ticket data at the top right of the screen. The PDF version can be used as a print-friendly attendance list.
