GiveNow event forms can be embedded on your website using a snippet of code (an iFrame), allowing supporters to purchase tickets without leaving your site. Your organisation must be on the 'Pro' plan to use this feature.
Register for GiveNow embed
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage events, located under Events in the left-hand menu.
- Locate the active event that you want to embed on your website.
- Select Embed from the dropdown menu to the right of the Edit button.
- Enter the domain of your website where the form will appear, then select Submit.
Note: Your embed code is linked to the domain you register with GiveNow, so it will not work on other websites.
Locate and copy the embed code
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage Events, located under Events in the left-hand menu.
- Locate the active event that you want to embed on your website.
- Select Embed from the dropdown menu to the right of the Edit button.

A text field will display your embed code with a Copy code button.
- Copy and paste this code into the appropriate section of your website builder or HTML editor. The form will be active immediately as long as your event remains active.
Note: Make sure the iFrame is tall enough for each step of the purchase process, otherwise scrollbars may appear. If you customise your event form (for example, by adding custom questions or additional data fields), the height needed may change.
