Your life circumstances may change, and so you might want to change your automatically renewing membership, to a membership that will expire in a year unless you manually re-enter your details (a "manual" membership).
To make this change, simply:
- Login to MyGiving.
- Go to My Memberships, located under Memberships in the MyGiving menu.
- Click on Manage of the current auto-renewing membership you want to change to manual renewal.
4. Click on Cancel Membership
The system will confirm the date that your membership will expire, which will be the last day of the membership period that you have already paid for.
5. Once cancelled, you can now set up a new manual membership by clicking on the link in the membership form.
You will be directed to the membership program that you were signed up for, but you need to complete the process and payment again. Be mindful to ensure you chose the "Manual Renewal" option.
