Supporters can cancel their own tickets through their MyGiving account. However, Managers and Administrators can cancel tickets on behalf of the of supporter through OrgHQ.
You can only cancel tickets before the event starts.
Cancel a ticket
- Login to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage Events, under Events in the OrgHQ menu.
- Select Tickets next to the Event that is associated to the ticket.
- Locate the name of the supporter.
- Select the dropdown arrow next to the Check-in/Check-out button, and then select Cancel.
- A page will load with all tickets that were purchased in the original transaction. Select the checkbox next to the attendees that you wish to cancel, and select Confirm.
