How do I manage my event tickets?

In your MyGiving account, you can view your upcoming events, download your tickets and receipts, and cancel tickets for future events.

View your upcoming events

1. Log in to MyGiving.
2. Go to My Tickets, located under Events in the left-hand menu.
3. You will see your events, including the dates, times, and the number of tickets you have purchased.
   

Update your details, download tickets, or download receipts

1. Log in to MyGiving.
2. Go to My Tickets, located under Events in the left-hand menu.
3. Select Manage next to the event you want to manage.
4. On the Manage page:
   • Select Download tickets to download your tickets.
   • Under Ticket, select Update to edit your contact details or answers to questions the organisation has set.
   • Under Receipts, select Download to download your ticket purchase receipts.
     

Cancel your tickets and request a refund

1. Log in to MyGiving.
2. Go to My Tickets, located under Events in the left-hand menu.
3. Select Manage next to the event you want to cancel tickets for.

4. Select Cancel next to the ticket you wish to cancel, then select Confirm.

   

5. If the organisation's refund policy allows refunds for the event, you will be prompted to request a refund when you cancel.

Note: Whether you receive a refund depends on the refund policy set by the organisation running the event. For more information, see Event refund policies and what happens when tickets are cancelled.
