GiveNow Pro plan users can customise their embedded donation form so it matches the look and feel of their organisation’s website.
Customising an embedded donation form
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage causes, located under Cause & donations in the left-hand menu.

Select Edit for the cause that has an embedded form. Then, navigate to the Donation form tab.
What you can customise
- Regular donation intervals:
- Choose which frequencies to display (one-off, daily, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Set a default frequency for your campaign.
- Suggested donation amounts:
- Set custom suggested amounts (min $5 - max $10,000).
- Select a default donation amount.
- Images and descriptions:

Add images and descriptions to your suggested donation amounts to give donors more context.

- Data collected and number of steps:
- Required: First name, last name, and email.
- Optional: Remove title, address, and phone to reduce friction.
- You can also disable optional steps such as note, notification, card, and additional questions.
- Additional questions:
- Include custom questions for donors (single choice, multiple choice, or free text).
- Font styles and colours:
- Adjust primary and secondary button colours, plus text colours.

Change the font to match your website.
- Thank you page:
- Customise the confirmation page with a thank you message.

Add a thank you image for donors on the final screen.
