Organisations on the Pro plan can customise their embedded donation form to match the look and feel of their website. You can adjust colours, fonts, suggested donation amounts, data fields, and more. To see examples of what customised forms look like, see What do embedded donation forms look like?
Customising an embedded donation form
- Log in to OrgHQ.
- Go to Manage causes, located under Cause & donations in the left-hand menu.

Select Edit for the cause that has an embedded form. Then, navigate to the Donation form tab.
What you can customise
The Donation form tab contains the following customisation options.
Regular donation intervals
Choose which frequencies to display on your form, such as one-off, daily, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. You can also set a default frequency for your campaign.
Suggested donation amounts
Set custom suggested amounts (minimum $5, maximum $10,000) and select a default amount. You can also add descriptions and images to each amount to give donors more context about the impact of their donation.
Data fields and number of steps
The form always collects first name, last name, and email. You can choose to remove optional fields such as title, address, and phone number to reduce the number of screens a donor sees. You can also disable optional steps such as the note, notification, gift card, and additional questions steps.
Additional questions
Include custom questions for donors as part of the donation process. Questions can be single choice, multiple choice, or free text. For more on custom questions, see How do I create custom questions?
Fonts and colours
Adjust the primary and secondary button colours, text colours, and font to match your website's branding.
Thank you page
Customise the confirmation page that donors see after completing their donation. You can add a thank you message and upload a thank you image.
